Requirements for the position: ? Availability to work on a 7x7 shift schedule ? Proficiency in Microsoft tools ? Class B driver's license (non-exclusive) ? Technical degree in Administration or related fields ? Basic warehouse knowledge ? Basic automotive mechanics knowledge ? Residence in the I Region (mandatory) Main Responsibilities: ? Perform administrative management of services. ? Enter work order documentation into the system. ? Retrieve requested items from the warehouse per Work Order. ? Receive customer quotations for third-party services to request Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP. ? Generate POs for third-party services. ? Perform warehouse administrative management. ? Request warehouse stock in SAP system. ? Enter petty cash invoices or purchases into the application. ? Conduct warehouse stock inventory in SAP system. ?
