Job Requirements: ? Proficiency in Microsoft tools ? Driver's license Class B (non-exclusive) ? Technical degree in Administration or related fields ? Basic knowledge of warehouse operations ? Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics ? Residence in the II Region (mandatory) Main Responsibilities: ? Perform administrative management of services. ? Enter work order documentation into the system. ? Retrieve requested items from the warehouse per work orders. ? Receive customer quotations for third-party services to process purchase requisitions in SAP. ? Generate purchase orders for third-party services. ? Perform administrative management of the warehouse. ? Submit warehouse stock requests in the SAP system. ? Enter petty cash receipts or purchases into the application. ?
