Commitment to and ability for teamwork EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY: PRODUCTION OPERATOR We require personnel for the position of **Production Operator**, responsible for carrying out and supporting production processes at the plant, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Main Responsibilities: * Operation of industrial machinery and equipment. * Execution of assembly, packaging, and product handling tasks. * Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the assigned work area. * Compliance with company-established safety regulations and procedures. Candidate Requirements: * **Education and knowledge:** Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing processes is highly valued. * **Technical skills (Desirable):** Experience operating cutting and precision machinery. * **Cross-functional competencies:** Responsibility, punctuality, commitment, and ability to work effectively in a team. * **Availability:** Willingness to learn and adapt to plant standards. Contractual Conditions: * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM. * **Remuneration:** $640,000 CLP per month (net). * **Break time:** 30 minutes per shift. * **Transportation benefit:** Shuttle service to Los Cruzat Metro Station.
