Today, we are looking for a Pneumatic Tire Operator to join our team at our **Calama** branch. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform **tire demounting, mounting, alignment, and balancing**. * Review technical reports and conduct **vehicle and tire condition diagnostics**. * Identify and correct issues in the **front axle**, optimizing vehicle performance. * Ensure proper technical operation according to quality standards. * Advise customers on **tire and battery usage and maintenance**. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and workflow in the tire shop and warehouse. * Assist with **receiving, unloading, and organizing products** (tires and batteries). * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations, promoting a safe working environment. **What Salfa Offers You** Being part of a leading company with a continuous learning environment and multiple benefits designed for your well-being. **Join our team and become part of the Salfa experience** We’re waiting for you! **Desired Profile** ------------------ **What Do You Need to Apply?** * Completed secondary education (technical-professional training preferred). * **1 to 3 years of experience** in similar roles. * Knowledge of: + Basic mechanics and diagnostics. + Tire mounting, balancing, and alignment. + Use of automotive diagnostic equipment.
