We seek to incorporate a Physiotherapist into our team to deliver home-based care to users with moderate and severe dependency, and/or their primary caregivers throughout their life cycle—both in urban and rural areas—who are enrolled in the PRLAC program, a joint initiative coordinated by the Ministry of Social Development and Family and the Illustrious Municipality of Valdivia. SALARY: $1\.181\.700 via honorarium invoice. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: \- Must be a Chilean citizen; \- Professional degree in Physiotherapy granted by a university recognized by the State; \- Demonstrable work experience in primary health care or social programs; \- Intermediate-level computer skills and proficiency in State information system platforms; \- High degree of responsibility, commitment, and motivation; \- Training courses or certifications related to the field of work; \- Teamwork skills; \- No history of physical and/or psychological abuse; \- Applicants with legal disqualifications for working with minors and/or those convicted of felony or misdemeanor offenses will be excluded; \- The professional must possess knowledge and practical expertise in preventive interventions and physical rehabilitation. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: \- At least one year of demonstrable work experience in programs linked to socio-health services targeting persons with dependency, disability, and/or older adults; \- Psychological suitability for the position applied for; \- Registration in the National Registry of Individual Health Providers for professionals or technicians working in the health sector—preferably physiotherapists, psychologists, podiatrists, speech-language pathologists, nutritionists, and others; \- Positive consideration will be given to: Experience and knowledge of the Local Network of Supports and Care (Red Local de Apoyos y Cuidados), and/or field experience in socio-health projects for persons with dependency or disability.
