We seek to incorporate an Occupational Therapist into our team to deliver home-based care for users with moderate and severe dependency, and/or their primary caregivers, throughout their life cycle—both in urban and rural areas—who are enrolled in the PRLAC program, a joint initiative with the Ministry of Social Development and Family and the Illustrious Municipality of Valdivia. SALARY: $1\.181\.700 via honorarium invoice. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: \- Be a citizen; \- Hold a professional degree in Occupational Therapy granted by a university recognized by the State; \- Demonstrable work experience in primary health care or social programs; \- Intermediate-level computer skills and proficiency in State information systems platforms; \- High degree of responsibility, commitment, and motivation; \- Training courses related to the field of work; \- Teamwork skills; \- No record of physical and/or psychological abuse; \- Individuals with legal disqualifications for working with minors and/or those convicted of crimes or simple offenses will be excluded; \- The professional must possess expertise and knowledge in interventions within the field of physical rehabilitation. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: \- At least one year of demonstrable work experience in programs associated with sociosanitary services targeting dependent persons, persons with disabilities, and/or older adults; \- Psychological suitability for the position applied for; \- Registration in the National Registry of Individual Health Providers for health professionals or technicians—including, preferably, physiotherapists, psychologists, podiatrists, speech-language pathologists, nutritionists, and others; \- Relevant training courses or certifications aligned with the program’s approach will be considered favorably; \- Experience and knowledge of the Local Network of Supports and Care.
