If you are proactive, organized, and passionate about HR project management, this challenge is for you! ### **What will be your mission with us?** You won’t be observing from the sidelines—you’ll be an active team member in HR process management: * **Project Management:** You’ll directly support initiatives from the Training \& Development area (the heart of talent development!). * **Planning:** You’ll help build and monitor Gantt charts to ensure everything runs smoothly. * **Connection and Coordination:** You’ll serve as the liaison with vendors, managing purchase orders and maintaining active internal communication. * **Information Control:** You’ll keep our Excel databases up to date (here, your organizational skills will shine!). ### **️** **What are we looking for in you?** * Currently enrolled student in **Business Administration Engineering** (or related field). * Proficiency in **Excel** (basic/intermediate level—what you don’t know yet, you’ll strengthen here!). * Eagerness to propose ideas, learn, and collaborate in teams. * Availability for a **3-month** internship. * Valid **student insurance**. ### **What do we offer you?** * **Hybrid Modality:** The perfect balance between office and remote work (Home Office \+ In-person). * **Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 08:30–18:00 hrs.; Fridays, we finish earlier—at 17:30 hrs! * **Economic allowance:** You’ll receive your internship bonus. * **Work tools:** We provide you with a laptop and all necessary resources to perform at 100%. * **Real Experience:** Projects with direct impact on the People area—ideal for your CV! **Don’t miss this opportunity!** If you’re eager to learn in an outstanding work environment and leave your mark, apply today by submitting your credentials.
