Works in an environment that values agility and technology. **Job Description** ---------------------- Process and Continuous Improvement Internship \| Banco Falabella At Banco Falabella, we are looking for an intern to join our Process and Continuous Improvement team, supporting initiatives that impact business efficiency and transformation. If you are interested in optimizing processes, working with technology, and contributing through continuous improvement, this challenge is for you! Work Mode: Hybrid Location: Las Condes What Will Be Your Contribution? You will actively participate in building and optimizing the bank’s processes, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and contributing to innovation initiatives. Main Challenges Supporting the development of the process portal. Designing and maintaining the process map. Executing tests for AI agents. Training and participation in AI agent initiatives (microlearning sessions, training). What Are We Looking For? Undergraduate studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Experience in process diagramming.
