At Falabella Corporate, we are looking for a Management Control Analyst! What is the mission of this role? Develop control plans to ensure compliance with the compensation budget, providing visibility and decision-making support through timely and reliable information analysis. Responsibilities: * Generate management reports for various business areas to support decision-making. * Prepare monthly reports, including analysis and explanation of indicator variances. * Continuously improve reporting processes, focusing on automation and efficiency. * Participate in the preparation of compensation budgets and forecasts, as well as monitoring deviations. * Manage intercompany transactions across Grupo companies. * Prepare purchase orders and internal re-invoicing. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Management Control, Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Commercial Engineering, or related field. 1–3 years of experience, preferably in management control areas. Knowledge of budget management, forecasting, and expense control. Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory). Power BI, Power Query, and SAP knowledge are desirable.**Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Management Control, Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Commercial Engineering, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience, preferably in management control areas. * Knowledge of budget management, forecasting, and expense control. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Power BI, Power Query, and SAP knowledge are desirable.
