Execute customer data processing, analysis, and visualization to generate actionable insights. Support the CX area in integrating data sources, ensuring data reliability and insight generation to enable evidence-based decision-making. Process and cross-reference information from various customer sources. Key Responsibilities: * Process and cross-reference information from multiple customer sources (Medallia, transactional databases, surveys). * Conduct exploratory analyses and identify patterns in customer behavior and key findings. * Optimize insight extraction for systematic insight generation. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Sociology, or related field * Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory), plus experience in data analysis and visualization (Power BI, SQL) * Intermediate English (preferred) * Minimum 2 years’ experience in Business Intelligence or Market Research * Intermediate SQL / Python skills (preferred) This opportunity is open to persons with disabilities. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
