Job Summary: This role manages IT Continuity and IT Problem Management requirements, acting as a liaison between business and specialists, with a focus on continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on continuous improvement of technological processes Manage requirements associated with IT Continuity Management and IT Problem Management processes, which are based on the ITIL standard and aligned with the organization’s strategy, needs, and structure, serving as a liaison between business and specialist areas. Main Responsibilities: Identify and determine root causes for potential problems Generate timelines of actions executed during incidents Open/reopen problems or discard potential problems Update the information repository associated with IT Problems and IT Continuity Manage and define action plans for definitive and/or mitigating solutions Generate reports on relevant incidents Conduct working meetings to resolve action plans Perform periodic follow-up on raised action plans Generate problem status reports Manage requirements related to risk, audits, and vulnerabilities Management of technical coordination meetings Execute information control in asset inventory or CMDB Develop or propose continuity plans to address identified gaps Generate continuity IT results reports and/or request related corrections Collect and/or consolidate continuity plans Support continuity testing management Track continuity plans and update results reports Manage continuity plans (control and tracking, registration, review of deliverables) Generate IT continuity reports Continuous improvement of technological processes and procedures At BancoEstado, we work with purpose.
