To drive regional logistics efficiency through data analysis, project development, and cost and service-level management across the supply chain. Responsibilities * Manage and optimize corporate supply chain performance indicators—including service, cost, and efficiency—across distribution, transportation, last-mile delivery, replenishment, and omnichannel logistics. * Analyze and transform operational, financial, and logistics data into actionable reports and recommendations to support regional decision-making. * Participate in and support end-to-end regional logistics projects—from diagnosis and business case development to implementation and impact measurement. * Coordinate with corporate teams and key stakeholders across countries to identify opportunities, share best practices, and generate regional synergies. * Monitor and manage operational expenses (OPEX/CAPEX), identifying variances and proposing efficiency initiatives without impacting SLAs, NPS, or customer experience. * Design and implement improvements to logistics processes and models, standardizing and scaling solutions regionally. * Build and maintain reports, KPIs, and management dashboards to enable performance visibility and tracking. * Work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Technology, Commercial, and local teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution. Requirements * Professional degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. * Up to 2 years of professional experience. * Analytical profile with interest in understanding operations, strong organizational skills for project management, and willingness to collaborate with teams across different countries. * Desired: Intermediate-level proficiency in Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
