We are currently seeking an **IT Support Supervisor with at least 05 years’ experience in ICT** to work in the city of **Caldera**, Atacama Region. **JOB MISSION** Ensure the availability, security and efficiency of information and communications technologies (ICT) supporting the operational, administrative and security processes of the Atacama Desert Airport, guaranteeing service continuity, regulatory compliance and technological integration with the various stakeholders in the airport ecosystem. **Job Functions and Responsibilities.** * Maintain airport IT and network systems (servers, workstations, printers, switches, routers, etc.) in operational condition to prevent internal system failures that could affect normal project operations. * Manage hardware and software inventory, ensuring necessary backups are available to perform departmental functions. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on project IT systems through initial diagnosis, ensuring their proper operation. * Guarantee LAN, WiFi and WAN connectivity at the airport, ensuring connections enabling normal internal system operation as well as service for external clients. * Monitor redundant or satellite links, if applicable. * Implement cybersecurity policies: antivirus, firewalls, access controls—enabling proactive anticipation of potential external malicious breaches. **We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
