The primary objective of this position is to ensure the integrity of facilities, control access, and prevent risk situations, strictly adhering to internal protocols and current private security regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control access for personnel, vehicles, and suppliers. * Preventive surveillance of facilities and perimeters. * Reporting of incidents and irregularities. * Implementation of security protocols during emergencies. * Support in safeguarding property and people within the assigned premises. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Valid OS10 course certification (mandatory). * Prior experience in similar roles (desirable). * Impeccable conduct. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Position Conditions:** * Work schedule under a **4x4 shift system**, with 12-hour daily shifts. * Average of **42 working hours per week**, in accordance with current labor regulations. * Rotating shifts based on operational requirements. **Key Competencies:** * Responsibility and commitment. * Observational and responsive capabilities. * Teamwork. * Professional interpersonal skills and ability to manage conflict situations.
