The main objective of this position is to safeguard facility integrity, control access, and prevent risk situations, strictly adhering to internal protocols and current regulations governing private security. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control of access for personnel, vehicles, and suppliers. * Preventive surveillance of facilities and perimeters. * Reporting of incidents and irregularities. * Implementation of security protocols during emergencies. * Support in safeguarding assets and personnel within the assigned premises. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Valid OS10 course certification (mandatory). * Prior experience in similar positions (preferred). * Impeccable conduct. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Position Conditions:** * Work schedule under a **4x4 shift system**, with 12-hour daily shifts. * Average of **42 weekly hours**, in accordance with current labor regulations. * Rotating shifts according to operational requirements. **Key Competencies:** * Responsibility and commitment. * Observational and responsive capability. * Teamwork. * Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage conflict situations. Salary: $650\.000 per month Relocation/moving possible: * Vallenar, Atacama: Ability to commute to work without difficulty or plan relocation prior to starting employment (Preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
