




Position Summary: We are seeking an Electrocontrol Supervisor to plan and supervise maintenance of electrical systems and instrumentation, coordinate emergency responses, and manage suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plans and supervises maintenance of electrical systems and instrumentation. 2. Coordinates emergency response for critical equipment. 3. Prepares technical reports and failure analyses. At ManpowerGroup, in partnership with Aguas del Sol, a leading water utility company, we are currently seeking an Electrocontrol Supervisor for the city of Tocopilla. Responsibilities: • Plan and supervise maintenance activities for electrical systems and instrumentation. • Verify compliance with scheduled maintenance plans and reports generated by technicians. • Coordinate emergency response for critical equipment (electrical and control). • Coordinate work with suppliers and contractors, including evaluating completed work, preparing quotations for services, equipment, materials, and tools, and monitoring proper execution. • Conduct periodic on-site technical inspections. • Ensure proper use of tools and personal protective equipment (PPE) by supervised personnel. • Collaborate with other disciplines, complying with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations, as well as commitments under the integrated management system. • Prepare technical reports, failure analyses, and reporting to the Maintenance Manager. • Perform any other duties related to the position’s responsibilities, as assigned by the direct supervisor. Requirements: • Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Civil Electrical Engineering • 3–5 years of experience in similar positions (mandatory) • 2 years of experience in desalination plants (preferred) • SEC A Certification (mandatory) • Knowledge of RIC regulations (mandatory) • Familiarity with VFDs and soft starters (preferred) • Experience with 220 kV high-voltage equipment (AIS and GIS systems – carrier wave – protections – communications) (preferred) • Experience with 6.9 kV medium-voltage equipment (CMT, capacitor banks, auxiliary transformers, etc.) (preferred) • Communication systems and SCADA – Auxiliary Operation Systems (SACA, SACC, Safe Voltage, Battery Banks, Battery Chargers, etc.) (preferred) • Electrical rooms (main panels: protections, control, measurements, communications) (preferred) • Facility Auxiliary Systems (HVAC, fire detection, facility access, CCTV, etc.) (preferred) • Valid Class B driver’s license (mandatory) Working Conditions: • Work schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off, subject to weekend availability • Work modality: On-site • Direct employment by the company • Indefinite-term contract At #TalentSolutionsChile and Aguas del Sol, we promote inclusion because we know talent resides in people.
