We seek a person with strong field presence, leadership capability, and results orientation who is eager to take on the challenge of coordinating teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring operational continuity for a major productive company in Villarrica. **What will be your challenge?** You will be responsible for transforming planning into effective execution by coordinating various operational areas to ensure compliance with production programs, process continuity, and sustained improvement of productivity, safety, quality, and cost-control indicators. **Some of your key responsibilities will include:** * Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of production areas, ensuring compliance with programs, priorities, and objectives defined by the organization. * Lead and support supervisors and operational teams, promoting operational discipline, collaborative work, and strong commitment to compliance. * Monitor production, productivity, stoppages, losses, and dispatch compliance indicators, driving concrete improvement actions. * Identify process optimization opportunities, eliminating bottlenecks and strengthening operational flow continuity. * Coordinate cross-functional resources and activities to ensure efficient, safe, and business-objective-aligned operations. * Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and good operational practice standards, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. **Requirements** * Technical or professional degree (e.g., Technical Diploma, Executive Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Production Technician, Wood Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician) or related field. * **Proven experience leading operational teams in industrial plants**, productive facilities, or similar sectors — mandatory! * **Proficiency in Excel and operational control tools.** * Availability to work onsite in Villarrica.
