




Job Summary: ACCIONA Energía is seeking a Wind Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on wind farm infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Job Description At ACCIONA Energía, we are seeking a Wind Maintenance Technician to work at a wind farm located in the commune of Renaico, Araucanía Region, Chile. Mission: Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on all infrastructure associated with wind farms, including wind turbines, medium-voltage systems, communication systems, and auxiliary equipment. Responsibilities: * Execute necessary preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure optimal wind farm operation and achievement of ACCIONA Energía’s production, availability, and efficiency targets. * Carry out maintenance activities strictly in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards and procedures. * Continuously monitor and track wind farm operations to achieve optimal asset performance, analyzing and resolving faults. * Propose and implement actions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance activities. * Report required information into internal Maintenance Management Systems. * Collaborate with global and local support teams on various initiatives to improve wind farm performance. * Actively participate in work planning, procedure execution, and documentation review together with other team members. * Participate in the on-call shift system for fault response. * Supervise ACCIONA’s contractors and subcontractors working at wind farms to ensure work execution meets ACCIONA’s required quality, safety, and environmental standards. Candidate Requirements: * Technical degree (electrical, mechanical, instrumentation) or equivalent qualification relevant to the role. * Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical and/or mechanical maintenance positions. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * GWO certification preferred (current). * Knowledge of hydraulics, mechanics, electromechanical equipment, electrical schematics, instrumentation, control systems, and substations. * Prior experience in wind farms is desirable. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore strive to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment so that everyone can participate on equal footing.
