We are looking for a RISK PREVENTION ENGINEER residing in Mejillones or the northern sector of Antofagasta — **with or without experience**. We need someone with strong organizational and planning skills, as well as a proactive, disciplined, and rigorous attitude. **Responsibilities** * Advise area supervisors on risk prevention matters to ensure they deliver safety talks to workers at the start of each shift—or deliver these talks personally. * Develop a manual for area supervisors containing key topics to be covered in daily safety talks. * Set annual goals for implementing procedures outlined in the Risk Prevention Program. * Schedule monthly operational activities related to the Risk Prevention Program. * Daily evaluation (accumulated monthly) of the implementation of monthly scheduled activities related to Risk Prevention. * Annual and area-specific quantitative and qualitative evaluation of compliance with implementation goals established by the Risk Prevention Program. * Prepare evaluation reports detailing progress achieved. * Define corrective actions based on monthly evaluation results and schedule them as follow-up activities in the next month’s manual. * Actively participate in operations, supervising and correcting on-site execution of procedures stipulated in the Risk Prevention Program. * In case of accidents, accompany the worker to the polyclinic. * Prepare a monthly report listing incidents and/or accidents occurring during the period. * Investigate accident causes and implement appropriate measures to prevent recurrence. **Requirements** * Formal degree in Risk Prevention Engineering (mandatory) * Accreditation from the National Health Service as a risk prevention expert. * Valid exempt resolution **Offered Net Salary** * CLP 1,200,000 net **Benefits** * Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company. * Friendly and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for continuous learning and training. * On-site meals. * Compensation Fund. ✨ Join our team and become part of one of Chile’s top food service companies worldwide.
