Focus on occupational safety and regulatory compliance P\&B Engineering and Construction is seeking a Field Manager with extensive experience in the construction and operation of "Copper Leaching Pads". Responsibilities: * Supervise, coordinate, and control field activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. * Lead the construction team by assigning tasks and verifying daily progress. * Ensure occupational safety and compliance with current regulations. * Report progress and issues to the construction administrator or management. Requirements * Professional degree: Executive Engineer, Civil Engineer, Metallurgical Engineer, Mining Engineer, or Civil Constructor * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles on construction projects, particularly copper leaching pad preparation. * Proficiency in digital construction management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Primavera, construction software). * Leadership, organizational ability, and problem-solving skills.
