Our goal is to generate a positive impact on society and contribute to the well-being of our employees, clients, and the communities where we operate. · Responsibilities Receive raw materials, supplies, and items in the warehouse, performing physical verification of products against supporting documentation (delivery guides, purchase orders, and invoices). Attend to and receive suppliers, verifying quantities, quality, and delivery conditions. Enter invoices, receipt records, and stock movements into internal systems, including the SGP system. Store and organize merchandise in the warehouse by category and code, ensuring correct storage, organization, cleanliness, and safety of the area. Prepare and dispatch orders of products and supplies to various operational areas and requesting units. Record product inflows and outflows in the system, maintaining up-to-date inventory information. Conduct full inventories, cyclical counts, and random counts to ensure reconciliation between physical stock and system-recorded stock. Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness, complying with current safety procedures and regulations. Perform other duties assigned by supervision, consistent with the scope of responsibilities. · Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics. Basic knowledge of receiving, storing, and dispatching products. Proficiency in the SGP system and basic computer tools. Ability to work collaboratively and in dynamic environments.
