Identify improvements to increase equipment reliability and productivity. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Mining Equipment Supervisor** to coordinate and supervise the operation and availability of equipment used in mining operations. The position will be responsible for leading technical teams, monitoring machinery performance, and ensuring that activities are carried out under safety, productivity, and operational continuity standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise mining equipment operation and availability, coordinating activities of assigned personnel. * Plan and control equipment operation, inspection, and maintenance tasks. * Monitor key performance indicators including availability, utilization, performance, and operational compliance. * Coordinate with Maintenance and Operations teams to address equipment failures and requirements. * Verify compliance with safety procedures and established protocols for site work. * Identify deviations and improvement opportunities to enhance equipment reliability and productivity. * Prepare shift reports and performance follow-up reports, promptly reporting incidents and operational needs. **Requirements** * Technical or professional degree in **Mechanics, Heavy Machinery, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering**, or related field. * **3+ years of experience** supervising mining equipment or heavy machinery. * Experience leading work teams in mining operations. * Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and diagnostic equipment maintenance. * Proficiency in **Excel and maintenance or operations management systems**. * Familiarity with mining site safety standards and work procedures. * Leadership, planning ability, effective communication, and results orientation. Salary: $1\.600\.000 \- $2\.300\.000 per month Work Location: On-site employment
