Main Responsibilities * Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safeguarding business-defined outcomes. * Plan and schedule services or operations, defining tasks, workloads, timelines, and resources. * Administer and lead the team under supervision, supporting their development. * Promote a harmonious and motivating work environment. * Coordinate and control service execution, managing the search, negotiation, and hiring of resources and equipment.
