At Echeverría Izquierdo, we are seeking a Contract Administrator with experience in mechanical maintenance.
Your primary mission will be to coordinate, schedule/plan, and control human, physical, and supply resources to achieve the objectives of the contract you manage and satisfy the client.
Main Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safeguarding business-defined outcomes.
* Plan and schedule services or operations, defining tasks, workloads, timelines, and resources.
* Administer and lead the team under supervision, supporting their development.
* Promote a harmonious and motivating work environment.
* Coordinate and control service execution, managing the search, negotiation, and hiring of resources and equipment.
Requirements
* Education: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles and/or processes within industrial companies.
* Class B driver's license.
