This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in **mining operations, material handling, site services, or productive activities**, who wish to assume greater responsibilities and grow within a dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring compliance with established programs and objectives. * Lead field work teams, assigning tasks, resources, and priorities according to operational needs. * Monitor adherence to safety procedures, operational protocols, and on-site work standards. * Track productivity indicators, equipment utilization, program compliance, and operational performance. * Coordinate with maintenance, planning, logistics, and risk prevention teams to resolve contingencies and ensure operational continuity. * Identify deviations and improvement opportunities, implementing corrective actions to optimize time, resources, and productivity. * Prepare operational reports and promptly communicate progress, incidents, and results to the relevant supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical or professional degree in **Mining, Operations, Mechanics, Maintenance, Industrial Engineering**, or related field. * Minimum of **2–3 years’ experience in mining operations, mining sites, mining services, or industrial activities**. * Prior experience supervising work teams and coordinating activities directly on-site. * Knowledge of operational procedures, mining safety, equipment control, and resource management. * Proficiency in **Excel** and familiarity with operational management systems, reporting tools, or planning software. * Availability to work rotating shifts and perform duties in mining operational environments. * Leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and goal-oriented capabilities. Salary: $1\.600\.000 \- $2\.300\.000 per month Workplace: On-site employment
