We are looking for a **MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR** residing in Copiapó, for mining site operations. Job Objective Your role will be fundamental to the company, directly contributing to: * Building and guiding a work team based on respect for labor rights and responsibilities. * Ensuring superior quality service (cleaning and maintenance) for both internal and external clients, in compliance with HSEQ standards. * Maximizing departmental profitability through rigorous control of costs, sales, and adherence to the assigned budget. Key Responsibilities As a Supervisor, your duties will cover four critical pillars: * Planning and coordinating preventive and specialized maintenance activities with the client. * Assigning tasks and goals to staff according to competencies and urgency. * Controlling material costs, warehouse stock levels, and authorizing local purchases. * Preparing monthly statistical productivity reports and payment status reports. * Leading daily safety briefings and ensuring proper use of PPE. * Fostering a relationship of trust and excellence in service with the mining client. **Requirements** * Formal technical/professional education relevant to the position. * Prior experience in this or similar roles is desirable. * Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. * Physical fitness compatible with the position, including adaptation to geographical altitude. **Minimum Experience** 3 years of experience in similar positions within multinational companies and general services. **Benefits** * Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company. * Friendly and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for continuous learning and training. * On-site meals. * Compensation Fund. ✨ Join our team and become part of one of Chile’s top food service companies worldwide.
