Job Objective: To ensure the safe, orderly, documented, and timely receipt, safeguarding, movement, and dispatch of machinery, components, spare parts, and supplies; maintain access control and yard storage organization; manage inventory control for the machinery yard; guarantee full traceability from receipt through delivery to the respective department or end customer; and maintain optimal control over assigned assets. Key Responsibilities: Monitor entry, exit, and internal movements of machinery, equipment, and components within the storage yard. Receive, inspect, and register new, used, rental equipment, and components in the system (CAT Inspect). Coordinate and execute shipments or internal transfers, ensuring compliance with safety standards (EHS). Maintain an updated yard inventory and generate shipping guides in SAP for effective control. Report relevant updates to respective departments and participate in training sessions to continuously improve processes and safety. Requirements: Higher Technical Degree in Logistics, Mechanics, Heavy Machinery, or related field. Valid Class D driver's license. Minimum two years of prior experience in this role. Proficiency in logistics software. Residency in Calama. Health condition compatible with the position.
