Position objective: Ensure the reception, custody, movement, and dispatch of machinery, components, spare parts, and supplies in a safe, orderly, documented, and timely manner, maintaining access control and organization of the storage yard, inventory control of the machinery yard, guaranteeing full traceability from entry to delivery to the destination area or client, and maintaining optimal control of assigned equipment. Main responsibilities: Control the entry, exit, and internal movements of machinery, equipment, and components within the storage yard. Receive, inspect, and register in the system (CAT Inspect) new, used, rental equipment, and components. Coordinate and execute dispatches or internal transfers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations (EHS). Keep the yard inventory updated and generate shipping documents in SAP for effective control. Communicate updates to relevant departments and participate in training sessions aimed at continuous improvement of processes and safety. Requirements: Higher Technical degree in logistics, mechanics, heavy machinery, or related field. Valid class D driver's license. Minimum 2 years of previous experience in the role. Proficiency in logistics software. Residence in Calama. Health compatible with the position.
