Job Summary: We are seeking a Welder-Operator for an Electrical Maintenance contract, responsible for welding, equipment operation, and maintenance support, ensuring safety and quality. We are looking for a Welder \- Operator to join a major Medium and Low Voltage Electrical Maintenance contract, who will be responsible for performing welding tasks, operating equipment, and supporting maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational continuity standards. ### **About the Challenge** * Carry out assembly, installation, and maintenance work according to established operational procedures. * Perform welding tasks associated with service activities. * Operate machinery as required by the service (overhead cranes, forklifts, front-end loaders, and other equipment). * Support the laying and termination of energized and de-energized cables. * Participate in lifting operations as a Rigger, providing signaling and operator assistance during load movements. * Perform cable lowering according to established procedures. * Fulfill service commitments and goals defined by supervision. * Ensure proper execution and timely delivery of assigned tasks. * Contribute to meeting the safety, occupational health, and environmental standards defined for the operation. ### **What We Would Love to See in You** * Training as an Industrial Technical School graduate or completion of Secondary Education. * Experience in welding work in industrial or mining environments. * Defensive Driving Course. * Valid Driver's License (Class B, D, etc., as applicable). * Experience operating mobile equipment and machinery. * Knowledge of safety procedures for welding work, equipment operation, and lifting operations. ### **We Are Looking For** Responsible individuals committed to safety and capable of working on-site, combining welding skills, equipment operation, and maintenance support capabilities within a high-demand operation. ### **What We Offer** * Confidential selection process. * Contract linked to a major Medium and Low Voltage Electrical Maintenance service. * 4x3 work schedule. * Project offering job stability. * Compensation commensurate with experience. * Professional development opportunities. * Offer under Law No. 21\.015 on Labor Inclusion. ### **Are You Interested in This Challenge? ️** **We Invite You to Apply!**
