Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead and supervise the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical work in Medium and Low Voltage, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and oversee electrical maintenance activities in the field. 2. Supervise electrical work in Medium and Low Voltage. 3. Promote collaborative management and continuous improvement. We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join a major Medium and Low Voltage Electrical Maintenance service, who will be responsible for leading and supervising the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical work in the field, ensuring compliance with the technical, operational, and safety standards defined for the service. ### **About the Challenge** * Lead and oversee the planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of service activities. * Supervise electrical work associated with Medium and Low Voltage systems. * Coordinate field and workshop teams, ensuring proper allocation of resources. * Ensure fulfillment of service commitments and objectives set by management. * Lead the implementation, review, and updating of work procedures. * Supervise on-site compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental standards. * Organize the human, material, and equipment resources required for activity execution. * Coordinate various work fronts, ensuring operational continuity and timely delivery of tasks. * Promote collaborative management focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency. ### **What We Would Love to See in You** * Degree as an Electrical Execution Engineer or Higher-Level Technical Specialist in Electricity. * Experience supervising electrical teams and coordinating field activities. * Defensive Driving Course. * Valid Class B Driver's License. * Experience in planning, scheduling, and controlling electrical work. ### **We Are Looking For** Individuals with leadership skills, strong organizational ability, and a results-oriented mindset, with experience supervising electrical teams and coordinating operational activities, capable of ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in the field. ### **What We Offer** * Confidential selection process. * 7x7 work schedule. * Stable project. * Salary commensurate with experience. * Professional development opportunities. * Offer under Law 21.015 on Labor Inclusion. ### **Are You Interested in This Challenge? ‍ ️ ️** **We invite you to apply!**
