The selected candidate will be responsible for controlling operational variables and parameters in the Primary Crushing area, as well as performing general equipment inspections, to fulfill the daily program in accordance with established procedures and safety and environmental standards, thereby contributing to the concentrator plant’s operational continuity. **Key Responsibilities Include:** -------------------------------------------- * In accordance with shift handover and work procedures, control and monitor the entire concentrator plant process, performing actions such as particle size measurement, reagent dosing, pressure of incoming and outgoing flows, speeds, moisture, density, air levels, among others, and making necessary adjustments to plant operational processes. Coordinate with other departments when indicators fall outside normal ranges to align on adjustments or additional actions. Complete checklists with area indicators, reporting to the control room to update online information and issue the daily report. * Conduct general area and equipment operation inspections, including pumps, valves, mills, pipelines, drive trains, and promptly detect leaks, seepage, or other deviations. Inspect spare equipment to ensure availability for operation. Perform equipment cleaning; in case of contingencies, report to supervisors and coordinate appropriate maintenance and/or repairs with the relevant team. * Provide support and participate in equipment maintenance activities within the area, in accordance with the maintenance Gantt chart.
