Job Description The Mine Instructor delivers technical training programs and operational competency assessments to ensure knowledge transfer, adherence to safety standards, and operational excellence across work teams. Key Responsibilities \| Activities * Supervise and evaluate the technical performance of operators at working faces. * Update operation manuals and operational best practice guidelines. * Ensure trained personnel comply with the Company’s required quality and safety standards. * Verify compliance with all organizational safety requirements, such as work procedures, critical controls associated with FRMs in their area, use of PPE, incident reporting, unsafe conditions, and immediate reporting of "near-misses". * Ensure participation in mandatory Company training. * Ensure explicit compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, NCh 3262, and local regulations (DS 132, DS 594\). Education, Experience and Other Requirements * Education: Secondary education, Technical–Professional secondary education, or Higher Technical education, relevant to the specialty. * Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience for secondary education or minimum 8 years of experience for Higher Technical education. * Knowledge: Technical training methodologies and adult education (Andragogy); Chilean mining safety regulation DS 132 and internal certification regulations; expert multi-functional operation of mine equipment and processes; technical and behavioral competency assessment systems; competencies detailed in the specific career development path for this position and lower-level positions within the Career Development Plan (CDP).
