ABOUT US: We are looking for a proactive, multifaceted, and solution-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to join the team of a renowned and prestigious hotel in the region. JOB PURPOSE: To perform and manage repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel facilities (electrical systems, communications, mechanical systems, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc.), as well as provide technical assistance to guests, clients, and staff to ensure service excellence. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems of the hotel. Estimate required materials, request purchases according to work plans, and supervise the proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment. Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure full operational readiness of all facilities. Manage and coordinate work with external vendors and contractors when necessary. Maintain records of all interventions, keeping documentation up to date on maintenance and repairs. Assist guests with in-room requests (e.g., cable TV issues, air conditioning malfunctions, door locks, magnetic key cards, etc.) in coordination with other departments. Collaborate cross-functionally with all operational departments of the hotel (reception, kitchen, housekeeping, security). CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: Experience: 3–5 years in infrastructure maintenance (experience in hotels, buildings, or service companies is highly valued). Technical Knowledge (Multi-trade): Proficiency in electricity, plumbing (sanitary systems), HVAC, carpentry, and water systems. Practical Skills: Masonry, welding, plastering, and painting. Regulatory Compliance: Thorough knowledge and strict adherence to safety regulations, procedures, and industry standards.
