Coordination and operational management capabilities With over 14 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, OLITEL operates in Chile, Peru, and Colombia, delivering comprehensive solutions in installations, maintenance, and engineering for our clients. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Supervising infrastructure and civil works projects on-site. * Controlling quality, technical compliance, and progress of executed works. * Supervising civil works, steel structures, and electrical works execution. * Coordinating activities with contractors, technical teams, and involved departments. * Performing administrative and documentary control of assigned works. * Preparing project progress reports and summaries. * Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures. * Participating in acceptance, validation, and closure of completed works. * Supervising adherence to technical standards and established deadlines. **What we are looking for:** * University or professional technical education. * Civil Engineering, Civil Construction, Construction Technician, or related field. * 3 years of experience for university graduates / 5 years for professional technicians. * Verifiable experience as a Civil Works Technical Inspector (ITO) or Construction Supervisor in infrastructure projects. * Experience in civil works, steel structures, electrical works, and administrative control of construction projects. * Desirable: verifiable experience in Telecommunications Infrastructure. * Valid driver's license. * Availability for on-site work and travel. **What we value:** * Leadership and autonomy in the field. * Effective communication and conflict resolution. * Documental order and rigor. * Proactivity and compliance orientation. * Coordination and operational management capabilities. **What we offer:** * Fixed-term project for 6 months. * On-site work at facilities and field locations. * Possibility of overtime extension according to operational requirements. * Excellent work environment and professional development.
