Responsible for leading, coordinating, and supervising preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities during one's shift.
At Echeverría Izquierdo, we are seeking a Maintenance Workshop Supervisor to work at a mining site.
Job Requirements:
* Civil Engineer or Executive Engineer specializing in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Heavy Machinery.
* Minimum verifiable experience of 5 years in mechanical maintenance at mining sites.
* At least 2 years of experience in leadership or shift supervision roles within heavy equipment maintenance workshops.
* Experience in large-scale earthmoving, construction and operation of tailings dams, material movement in stockpiles, among others.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead, coordinate, and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities during one's shift.
* Ensure the availability, reliability, and safety of assigned equipment.
* Plan and allocate resources, coordinating workshop technical staff.
* Ensure compliance with maintenance programs, technical procedures, and safety and environmental standards defined by the Client and the Contract.
* Monitor and record executed activities, reporting deviations, critical failures, and achievement of maintenance KPIs (mechanical availability, plan adherence, and repair turnaround times).
