




Position Summary: We are seeking a Three-Phase Master Technician to execute and coordinate technical activities in the field, including audits, loss detection, and standardization of metering systems, with autonomy and effective customer communication. We seek a Three-Phase Master Technician responsible for executing and coordinating field-based technical activities related to audits, loss detection, standardization, and operation of three-phase metering systems. The role requires autonomy, strict adherence to technical and safety protocols, and effective on-site communication with customers. This position is critical to ensuring compliance with the CGE contract and maintaining the company’s defined operational, quality, and safety standards. · Main Responsibilities Execute direct, semi-direct, and indirect metering audits following established technical instructions and procedures. Perform connection and commissioning of compact measuring equipment, ensuring correct configuration and integration with the grid. Safely and autonomously perform low-voltage (LV) / medium-voltage (MV) switching operations. Accurately record photographic evidence, forms, and customer notifications, ensuring full service traceability. Control and manage seals, verification labels, and meters assigned to the crew. Comply with ISO regulations regarding safety, environment, and quality. Program, reprogram, and configure new and in-service three-phase meters. Conduct periodic reviews of the operational status of equipment, tools, instruments, materials, vehicles, and personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain fluent and effective communication with end customers to obtain access permissions and conduct audits of metering schemes. Operate assigned vehicles for field activity execution. · Position Requirements Education Electrical Technician (technical secondary education or professional institute degree). Technical Knowledge Knowledge of energy recovery. Three-phase and single-phase electrical measurement. Electrical splicing. LV/MV switching operations. Meter programming. Electricity tariffs. Electric energy meters. Use of meter verification instruments. Knowledge of ISO regulations on safety, quality, and environment. Knowledge of phasor diagram interpretation. Experience Minimum work experience: 2 years. Practical experience in: Driving. Working at heights. Auditing three-phase metering schemes. Languages Advanced Spanish. Mobility Availability for 100% fieldwork across various regions. High level of autonomy in travel and operations.
