Focus on solving technical problems and effective communication. **Job Description** As a Drafting Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing technical drawings and 3D models for design and engineering projects. You will use 2D and 3D modeling tools to ensure accuracy in design representation and collaborate closely with engineers to optimize outcomes. This is a full-time position to be performed on-site at our facilities located in Antofagasta. **Requirements** * Solid knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software for creating 2D and 3D technical drawings. * Experience interpreting technical drawings and design specifications. * Teamwork skills, effective communication, and a focus on solving technical problems. * Prior experience in construction or engineering projects, as well as related technical studies, is preferred. * Experience in nesting and material utilization is preferred. Desirable: * Knowledge of point clouds and scanning * Geomagic Design * Advanced Excel * Experience in volume calculations for projects related to the metal-mechanical industry.
