Your primary mission will be to monitor, inspect, and maintain high-voltage transmission lines, contributing to the continuity, reliability, and availability of the electrical system. To this end, you will participate in the execution and supervision of preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities, complying with AES’s safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Key Responsibilities:** ---------------------------------- * Supervise activities related to transmission lines. * Coordinate maintenance activities for transmission structures. * Monitor maintenance of primary equipment associated with transmission lines. * Conduct inspections and track maintenance activities on high- and medium-voltage transmission lines. * Maintain up-to-date records of hardware, structures, aluminum conductors, and other components associated with transmission lines. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during work execution. **Position Requirements:** -------------------------- * Electrical Technician diploma, with foundational and industrial electricity knowledge and experience working on transmission lines. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the electrical sector, including hands-on work on energized high-voltage transmission lines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * General knowledge of safety, environmental, and quality regulations. * Familiarity with user-level management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001\). * Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and decision-making capability. * Ability to collaborate effectively and work well within a team. * Proactivity, initiative, and commitment to operational excellence. ***This position is also open to persons with disabilities, in accordance with Law No. 21\.015 on Labor Inclusion***
