We are currently seeking a **Process Engineer** to join our administrative offices located in La Negra, Antofagasta. **Terms:** * Shift: 5x2\. * Location: La Negra. * Contract Type: Initial Fixed-Term, followed by an Indefinite-Term contract. **Objective:** Responsible for process discovery, implementation, and continuous optimization, ensuring alignment with quality, safety, and environmental standards defined in the Integrated Management System (IMS) under ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001\. Additionally, responsible for improving process efficiency and productivity through data-driven analysis and management, safeguarding documentation, traceability, and regulatory compliance. Furthermore, promotes cross-functional departmental integration, operational excellence, and organizational digital transformation. **Responsibilities:** * Creation and implementation of supporting, strategic, core, or other processes defined for the project. * Design, execution, testing, and updating of systems and processes in accordance with the IMS, integrating quality, occupational health, and safety requirements. * Development, implementation, and facilitation of process documentation and operating procedures, ensuring information accessibility and clarity. * Development of best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production metrics and output quality, promoting a culture of safety and incident prevention. * Process modeling to understand and improve interactions and workflow, identifying critical control points and potential hazards to the company/project. * Support corporate and project-level document control processes, ensuring appropriate information management and compliance with internal and external policies. * Manage cost and time constraints, optimizing resources while minimizing waste and inefficiencies, with a focus on operational excellence. * Integrate diverse departments into cross-functional processes that facilitate achievement of organizational objectives, fostering collaboration and effective interdepartmental communication. **Requirements:** * Industrial Civil Engineer, Computer Science Civil Engineer, Mechanical Civil Engineer, or related degree. Minimum 3 years of experience. * Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems, Lean methodology, Six Sigma, and/or Last Planner System. * Advanced Excel, Power BI, MS Visio, MS Project proficiency.
