We are currently seeking a **Contract Administrator** for a major mining project located in northern Chile. **Objective:** To comprehensively direct and manage, both administratively and technically, all activities of the ongoing project, ensuring objective achievement, optimal use of allocated resources, and execution efficiency. Act as the company’s representative before the client, guaranteeing effective communication and adherence to established quality, safety, and management standards. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and supervise all construction activities to ensure alignment with the project schedule. * Optimize the use of resources allocated to the project. * Be responsible for implementing the Integrated Management System on the project. * Control and authorize the payment process for project-related remunerations under your responsibility. * Coordinate with your technical team and counterpart (client) to ensure efficient project management. * Conduct periodic technical and economic evaluations of the project to ensure its viability and objective achievement. * Report the status of your management to senior management, regulatory bodies, and the client, ensuring transparency and project control. * Lead coordination and planning meetings with the work team to optimize project execution. * Implement, monitor, and ensure effective compliance with procedures on site. * Lead incident investigations and report findings to management regarding incidents occurring on the project. * Ensure implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental management, complying with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 requirements. * Apply preventive or mitigating controls associated with tasks performed. **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Construction Engineering / Industrial Civil Engineering * Five years of experience in similar roles on projects. * Valid Class B driver’s license (Mandatory) If you are seeking an exciting challenge and possess the skills and experience we require, we invite you to apply.
