Ensure compliance with company procedures Logistics Coordinator **Location:** Santiago, Chile **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Salary:** **CLP $900,000 \- $1,200,000 gross per month**, depending on experience and qualifications **Schedule:** Monday \- Friday About the Role We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail\-oriented **Logistics Coordinator** to join our growing team in Chile. The successful candidate will coordinate transportation, deliveries, inventory movements, suppliers, and logistics operations to ensure products reach their destinations efficiently and on time. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate daily transportation, shipments, and deliveries. * Monitor orders and track shipments from dispatch to final delivery. * Communicate with suppliers, carriers, customers, and internal teams. * Prepare and maintain shipping and logistics documentation. * Coordinate warehouse and inventory movements. * Resolve delivery delays, shortages, and transportation issues. * Maintain accurate logistics records and reports. * Assist with scheduling drivers, carriers, and delivery routes. * Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. * Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable transportation requirements. Requirements * Previous experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related field. * Strong organizational and time\-management skills. * Good communication and problem\-solving abilities. * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. * Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously. * Knowledge of logistics software or ERP systems is an advantage. * Intermediate English is an advantage. * Technical degree or university studies in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
