Su rol es clave para la coordinación multidisciplinaria, facilitando la integración entre áreas de diseño, planificación y ejecución, y optimizando procesos durante todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto. **Funciones clave:** * Desarrollo y mantenimiento de modelos BIM detallados. * Coordinación e integración de información entre disciplinas. * Detección y resolución de interferencias. * Generación de planos, reportes y documentación técnica. * Soporte técnico en herramientas y metodologías BIM. * Control de calidad y cumplimiento de estándares. **Perfil requerido:** * Profesional técnico o universitario del área de construcción (Arquitectura o Ingeniería afín), con 3 a 5 años de experiencia en modelado BIM, dominio avanzado de herramientas como Revit, Navisworks y Civil 3D, y experiencia en entornos colaborativos de proyectos de gran escala.
