The successful candidate will translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and commercially relevant content that supports brand awareness, lead generation, sales enablement, thought leadership, and customer education. This role is ideal for a writer with strong B2B communication skills and an interest in **data centers, networking, cybersecurity, managed IT services, cloud technologies, compliance, and enterprise technology**. Key Responsibilities * Create high\-quality B2B content for websites, blogs, landing pages, newsletters, brochures, and digital campaigns. * Develop content focused on data\-center infrastructure, networking, managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and technology compliance. * Research technical and industry topics and transform complex information into accessible business content. * Produce case studies, white papers, thought\-leadership articles, technical explainers, solution briefs, and sales materials. * Collaborate with IT specialists, engineers, sales teams, marketing professionals, and company leadership to gather accurate technical information. * Translate technical capabilities into clear business benefits and value propositions for enterprise customers. * Develop content supporting lead\-generation and demand\-generation campaigns. * Create content for different stages of the B2B buyer journey. * Apply SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and search performance. * Conduct keyword research and incorporate relevant search terms naturally into content. * Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, consistency, grammar, and tone. * Maintain and contribute to editorial calendars and content plans. * Ensure all published content follows company branding and communication standards. * Research industry trends, competitors, technologies, regulations, and customer needs. * Support sales teams with proposals, presentations, solution descriptions, and other content assets. * Update existing content to reflect new technologies, services, regulations, and market developments. * Track content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and business results. * Maintain confidentiality when working with technical, commercial, customer, and public\-sector information.
