Integra **planificación de corto/mediano plazo**, gestión de **recursos** (cuadrillas, equipos, materiales) y **control de avance**, en conformidad con **OGUC, DS 594, Ley 16\.744** y estándares Ferrovial en **HSE/SSOMA, calidad y productividad**. ### **Principales responsabilidades** * **Planificar y ejecutar** el lookahead (semanal/quincenal) integrado al programa maestro. * **Optimizar recursos** (cuadrillas/equipos/materiales), logística y **permits\-to\-work** para eliminar cuellos de botella. * **Monitorear rendimientos** (m³, m², HH, horas\-equipo) y activar **acciones correctivas**. * **Asegurar cumplimiento normativo** (OGUC, DS 594, Ley 16\.744\), protecciones colectivas y EPP. **Requisitos excluyentes** -------------------------- * **Formación:** Constructor/a Civil, Ingeniero/a en Construcción **o** Técnico/a nivel superior en construcción **con trayectoria comprobable en producción** de obras civiles. * **Experiencia:** **5 años** en **supervisión de producción** en infraestructura (vialidad/metro/túneles/estructuras complejas). **Certificaciones** ------------------- * **Obligatorias según riesgo:** Trabajo en Altura, Espacios Confinados, **LOTO**, Primeros Auxilios, Rigger/Señalero (si aplica), Licencia **Clase B**. **Competencias técnicas y conductuales** ---------------------------------------- * **Planificación lookahead** y control de restricciones. * **Rendimientos y productividad** (HH, horas\-equipo). * **Lectura de planos/EETT**, cubicaciones y metrado operativo. * **Gestión de subcontratos y logística**. * **Calidad** (ITP, ensayos, NC) y **HSE/SSOMA** aplicado. * Liderazgo operativo, **coordinación interdisciplinaria**, análisis de datos, comunicación ejecutiva, **orden documental** y **disciplina preventiva**. **Experiencia requerida** ------------------------- * **Mínimo 5 años** liderando producción en obras civiles complejas (ideal: **túneles, estaciones, obras urbanas**). * Mercado Chile: roles de supervisión exigen típicamente **3–5\+ años**; para proyectos metro/alta complejidad se recomienda **5–7**. **Seize the challenge.
