A *Técnico* is a specialized professional who applies practical and theoretical knowledge to install, maintain, repair, and optimize specific systems, machinery, or software. They are the bridge between complex engineering designs and real\-world functionality.
**Core Responsibilities:**
* **Diagnosis \& Troubleshooting:** Identify failures in equipment, networks, or systems using diagnostic tools, schematics, and software.
* **Preventive Maintenance:** Perform scheduled inspections and calibrations to prevent downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
* **Repair \& Installation:** Physically or digitally replace faulty components, install new hardware/software, and ensure systems are operational.
* **Technical Support:** Provide hands\-on assistance to end\-users or clients, explaining complex issues in simple terms.
* **Documentation:** Write detailed reports on interventions, track inventory of spare parts, and update maintenance logs.
* **Compliance:** Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations, technical standards, and manufacturer specifications.
