Pedro Montt 2150, Valparaíso **Salary:** CLP 3,500,000 per month **Job Type:** Full\-time Job Summary Xmtoop SpA is seeking a talented and motivated **Desarrollador/a de Aplicaciones Móviles** to join our technology team in Valparaíso. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high\-quality mobile applications for modern smartphones and tablets. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, an understanding of mobile development frameworks, and a passion for creating reliable, intuitive, and user\-friendly applications. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms. * Translate business and technical requirements into functional mobile solutions. * Build responsive and user\-friendly interfaces following mobile UX/UI best practices. * Write clean, maintainable, and well\-documented code. * Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs, databases, and third\-party services. * Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and application crashes. * Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards. * Collaborate with designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product teams. * Monitor application performance and implement improvements. * Maintain and update existing mobile applications. * Support application releases and deployment processes through appropriate app stores. * Stay informed about emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, and development practices. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. * Proven experience developing mobile applications. * Strong knowledge of **Android and/or iOS development**. * Experience with programming languages such as **Kotlin, Java, Swift, Dart, or JavaScript/TypeScript**. * Familiarity with mobile development frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, or native Android/iOS frameworks. * Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third\-party services. * Understanding of Git and modern software development workflows. * Knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design. * Strong debugging, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and effectively within a development team. Preferred Qualifications * Experience publishing applications through Google Play or the Apple App Store. * Knowledge of Firebase or similar mobile backend services. * Experience with automated mobile testing. * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile application deployment. * Understanding of application security and data protection practices. * Experience with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
