Oportunidad de aprendizaje continuo y crecimiento profesional Job Overview Chenhan Info SpA is seeking an analytical and detail\-oriented Analista de Inteligencia de Negocios (Business Intelligence Analyst) to transform complex data into actionable strategic insights. In this role, you will design interactive dashboards, evaluate key business metrics, and collaborate with cross\-functional teams to drive data\-informed decision\-making across company operations. Key Responsibilities * Design, build, and maintain interactive business intelligence dashboards and operational reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau. * Extract, clean, and model data from multiple internal and external databases using SQL and data transformation techniques. * Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), business metrics, and operational trends to identify process improvements and growth opportunities. * Partner with cross\-functional departments (sales, marketing, finance, and operations) to translate business requirements into technical BI solutions. * Conduct root\-cause analysis on performance discrepancies and present data\-driven recommendations to management. * Maintain data governance, ensure data accuracy, and document BI workflows and metadata definitions. Requirements \& Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. * 2\+ years of professional experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role. * Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. * Hands\-on experience with leading BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker). * Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, ETL processes, and database management systems. * Exceptional analytical, problem\-solving, and visual presentation skills. * Professional fluency in Spanish; intermediate to advanced skills in English.
