The successful candidate will coordinate projects from planning through delivery, manage equipment and production schedules, and ensure that all visual content meets professional quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with photography, video production, editing, project coordination, and digital content creation. Key Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and execute photography and audiovisual projects. * Coordinate production schedules, locations, equipment, personnel, and logistics. * Capture high\-quality photographs and video content for company projects and campaigns. * Operate professional cameras, lighting, audio, and audiovisual equipment. * Prepare production plans, shot lists, schedules, and project timelines. * Edit photographs and video content using professional editing software. * Perform color correction, image retouching, audio editing, and basic motion graphics. * Manage and organize digital media files, archives, and project assets. * Coordinate with marketing, communications, design, and other internal teams. * Ensure audiovisual content follows established branding and quality guidelines. * Manage external photographers, videographers, studios, and production suppliers when required. * Monitor project budgets, equipment needs, and production expenses. * Ensure equipment is properly maintained, stored, and available for scheduled productions. * Review final content and coordinate revisions before publication or delivery. * Stay current with photography, video production, editing technologies, and industry trends. Requirements * Technical or university\-level education in Audiovisual Production, Photography, Multimedia, Communications, Film, Design, or a related field. * Previous experience in photography, video production, audiovisual coordination, or digital content creation. * Strong knowledge of professional photography and video equipment. * Experience with lighting, composition, framing, audio recording, and video production techniques. * Proficiency with editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software. * Strong organizational and project coordination skills. * Excellent attention to detail and visual quality. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Creative mindset with strong problem\-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications * Experience producing content for marketing, advertising, social media, or corporate communications. * Knowledge of motion graphics and animation. * Experience with drone photography or videography is an advantage. * Familiarity with studio and location\-based production workflows. * Experience managing audiovisual production budgets and suppliers. * Portfolio demonstrating photography and/or audiovisual production work. * Knowledge of current social media video formats and digital content trends.
