Propósito del cargo** --------------------------- * Asegurar la **planificación, control de avance físico y control de costos del proyecto**, conforme a la **normativa vigente**, estándares de **Ferrovial Construcción Chile**, requisitos contractuales del mandante y metas de **productividad, calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente**. * Proveer **información confiable y oportuna** para la toma de decisiones e impulsar **ingeniería de valor**. **3\. Responsabilidades clave** ------------------------------- * **Control y seguimiento del cronograma maestro** (MS Project), alineado a hitos contractuales y KPI. * **Control de costos y recursos**, análisis de desviaciones y propuesta de acciones correctivas. * **Cumplimiento normativo y estándares ISO** (9001, 45001, 14001\) y exigencias del mandante. **4\. Funciones generales** --------------------------- * Elaborar y actualizar **planificación de obra** (largo y corto plazo). * Realizar **seguimiento de avance físico y financiero**, con reportes e indicadores. * Apoyar la **gestión de contratos y subcontratos** (bases, metrados, estados de pago). **5\. Funciones específicas del área (Oficina Técnica)** -------------------------------------------------------- * Desarrollo y control del **cronograma maestro** del proyecto. * Preparación de **metrados, cubicaciones, valorizaciones y estados de pago**. * **Revisión técnica y compatibilización de especialidades** (BIM / AutoCAD). **6\. Funciones específicas del cargo** --------------------------------------- * Modelación y actualización de programación en **MS Project** (ruta crítica, impactos). * Análisis y reporte de **KPI** (avance, costos, productividad). * Administración de **sistemas de gestión documental técnica**. **7\. Requisitos excluyentes** ------------------------------ ### **7\.1 Formación académica** * **Ingeniero/a Civil, Ingeniero/a Constructor o carrera afín** (institución acreditada). * Deseable formación en **gestión de proyectos, planificación o contratos**. ### **7\.2 Conocimientos computacionales** * **MS Project** (intermedio–avanzado). * **AutoCAD** y lectura de planos. * **BIM** (Revit u otros) – deseable. * **ERP de construcción**. * **Excel avanzado** y dominio de Microsoft Office. ### **7\.3 Certificaciones (altamente deseables)** * **ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001**. * Gestión de proyectos (PMI u otras). * BIM, ingeniería de valor y normativa de seguridad/laboral. ### **7\.4 Competencias técnicas** * Planificación y control de obra (ruta crítica). * Control de costos, metrados y análisis de rendimientos. * Gestión documental técnica. * Manejo integrado de **MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM y ERP**. * Experiencia en **infraestructura de gran envergadura**. ### **7\.5 Experiencia** * **3 a 5 años** en proyectos de construcción. * Experiencia en **Oficina Técnica o planificación**. * Participación en obras de **infraestructura mayor** (metro, túneles, carreteras). **Seize the challenge.
