Requirements * At least 5 years of experience * Professional degree in Graphic Design, with web orientation. * Creative, analytical individual with strong communication skills for conveying ideas and solutions; empathetic. * Experience working in multidisciplinary teams. * Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into concrete, feasible, and user-centered solutions. * UX-focused design methodologies * UI design * Responsive and mobile-first design approach * Familiarity with Front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular Material, Bootstrap, etc.) * Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Media Queries * Basic knowledge of JavaScript and/or jQuery * Adherence to W3C standards, web usability and accessibility, and inclusive language. * Demonstrable experience in at least 3 projects utilizing the tools listed above * At least 3 years of experience developing low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes * Experience working under agile methodologies. Responsibilities * Designing user interfaces for the institution’s web applications (Mobile/Desktop). * Designing user experiences for procedures to be developed across the institution’s various platforms. * Developing web prototypes for institutional projects. * Coordinating and conducting usability testing to validate that design proposals meet end-users’ needs. * Delivering solutions compliant with W3C standards, with special emphasis on web usability and accessibility. * Ensuring design proposals incorporate institutional templates and style guides, and apply web accessibility standards and fundamental regulatory requirements—particularly for public-sector designs.
