We’re looking for UX/UI **Responsibilities and Duties** Contribute to the design, evolution, and optimization of user-centered digital products by actively participating throughout the entire product lifecycle—from discovery through measurement and continuous improvement—to deliver usable, viable experiences aligned with business objectives. The UX/UI Designer will adopt a strategic and holistic perspective on design, driving data-, research-, and evidence-based decisions—particularly within banking or financial services contexts—while understanding their regulatory, technological, and customer experience challenges. #### **1. Research and Discovery** * Propose, lead, and participate in ongoing discovery activities (qualitative and quantitative). * Identify and analyze user and customer needs. * Collaborate on research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, card sorting, etc.). * Define design hypotheses grounded in data and evidence. * Generate actionable insights to guide decision-making. * Facilitate co-creation sessions and workshops with multidisciplinary teams. #### **2. Experience and Interface Design** * Translate business requirements and user needs into experience solutions. * Create user flows, customer journeys, and experience maps. * Design low- and mid-fidelity wireframes. * Develop interactive prototypes (mid- and high-fidelity). * Define and apply Design System guidelines. * Ensure visual, functional, and experiential consistency across channels and platforms. * Propose improvements aligned with usability and accessibility standards. #### **3. Validation, Metrics, and Continuous Improvement** * Plan and conduct usability tests. * Define and monitor behavioral KPIs (task time, success rate, SUS, conversion, etc.). * Use analytics tools, heatmaps, and conversion funnels. * Iterate solutions based on feedback and metrics. * Analyze results and generate actionable learnings. #### **4. Implementation and Collaborative Work** * Document functional and interaction specifications for development. * Collaborate closely with development teams during implementation. * Resolve design-related questions and ensure correct implementation. * Participate in UX QA prior to release. * Actively contribute to the evolution of the Design System. * Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, review, retrospective). * Collaborate with a product-, data-, and continuous-improvement mindset. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Academic Background** * Professional degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related disciplines focused on user research and experience design. ### **Specific Knowledge** * Proficiency in Design Thinking methodology. * Qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. * User experience (UX) and interface (UI) design. * Principles of usability, information architecture, and interaction. * Experience evaluation, testing, and measurement. * Advanced proficiency in Figma. * Familiarity with tools such as Maze, Lyssna, Hotjar, Jira, Miro, or Mural. * Visual design and communication skills for wireframes and prototypes. * Knowledge of digital accessibility and inclusive design. * Desirable experience in banking or financial services environments. ### **Professional Experience** * Minimum 2 years of verifiable UX/UI design experience (portfolio required). * Experience working in multidisciplinary teams using agile methodologies. * Experience designing complex digital products, ideally in banking or the financial industry. **Additional Information** Stefanini Benefits Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
