Experience in user-centered design and innovation methodologies A technology company is seeking a UI/UX Designer to work in Santiago. Job Objective: The candidate must possess creative skills and experience in designing attractive and functional user interfaces. This person will be responsible for creating intuitive designs that enhance the user experience and meet the objectives of the DTPM. Conditions: 1\. Salary: To be agreed upon. 2\. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 18:15 (hybrid schedule). 3\. Work location: Downtown Santiago. 4\. Requirements: * Degree holder in **Graphic Design, Digital Design, Multimedia Design**, or a related field, with a minimum duration of 8 semesters. * Proficiency in graphic design and prototyping tools, as well as a deep understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility. Prior experience implementing projects involving any of the following areas will be highly valued: 1\) Agile methodologies: Knowledge and experience applying agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. 2\) Mobile application design, demonstrated through practical work experience. 3\) Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Illustrator, Photoshop. Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and style guides. 4\) Experience in usability principles, accessibility (WCAG), and information architecture. 5\) Experience in user-centered design and innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean UX, Service Design).
